Blueberry Pie Remember the Blueberry Preserves and Coconut Flour Pie Crust recipes I recently posted? Here is a Blueberry Pie recipe that puts both of those recipes to use! Fill one cooked Coconut Flour Pie Crust with Blueberry Preserves and let it set in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. How easy was that? Allow preserves to cool somewhat before adding to pie crust. Cool completely before serving so preserves will set. Enjoy!
