2 cups chicken, turkey, beef, or vegetable broth
2 cups chopped onion, celery root, cauliflower, or squash (or a combo of all 4)
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Place all ingredients and saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Boil veggies until soft and remove from heat.
Step 3: Using an immersion blender or food processor, blend veggies until mixture is thick like gravy.
If further thickener is needed, add more cooked veggies to the mixture and blend well.
If further chicken flavor is needed, add cooked chicken or drippings and blend well.
