Want to cut soda but still miss the bubbly, sweet, refreshing drink that soda provides? Here are my two favorite soda replacements:
Grape Fizzy (pictured above): 1/2 cup no-sugar added grape juice (cranberry juice works too – something naturally sweet and tart), 1/2 cup seltzer water or club soda.
Lemon or lime Fizzy: Fill glass with seltzer water or club soda and add 1 drop of lemon or lime essential oils (any oil you like to taste works too). Or, you can use a splash of lemon or lime juice.
I don’t add ice, I just use cold juice and fizzy water. Otherwise, the fizz is gone too quickly. However, frozen stones are a great alternative to keeping your drink cold without adding more water to the mix.
