It took awhile to finally come up with a combo that I like. This recipe is very good for not having any white flour, corn flour, or white sugar in it!
½ cup melted butter
¼ cup honey
5 large eggs
1 ½ cup super fine almond flour
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp baking soda
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Step 2: In a medium sized bowl combine almond flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
Step 3: Add honey and eggs and stir to combine.
Step 4: Add melted butter and stir to combine
Step 5: Pour into an 8×8” greased baking pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are brown and the center is firm to the touch.
